Medallion Air is a dedicated worldwide passenger ACMI operator (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance-Hull and Third Party Liability).
Under an ACMI (or wet lease) agreement, customers (airlines holding valid Air Operator’s Certificates) receive an aircraft at a negotiated rate per block hour, depending on routes and hours flown.
By having Medallion Air operate dedicated passenger aircraft for your airline you can effectively grow your capacity in peak seasons or when exploring new routes and markets, all without having the exposure related to the high price of acquisition of new or used aircraft and the long-term commitment related to hiring and training new crews and increased maintenance costs.
