Medallion Air has canceled the contract with Dimidio SL, who was supervising the sales and distribution efforts of Medallion Air in Spain and Morocco, due to severe default events of non-payment and flight cancellations, abuse of Medallion Air name, image and brand and unauthorized use of its booking engine.
Mr. Tomas Cano, and/or Dimidio SL , and/or Twenty Air and/or their employees are not authorized representatives of Medallion Air and can no longer be associated with Medallion Air name or activity.
We regret to inform the public, the travel agencies and the passengers involved in the flight schedule that the flight activity for 2010 on the routes from/to Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Girona, Reus, Seville and Nador is canceled.
Any passenger booked on a canceled Medallion Air flight should contact their contracting party (travel agencies) where they have booked the flight and paid the ticket for proper reimbursement.
All passengers booked directly on the official Medallion Air website, who paid with a credit card for a canceled flight will be promptly reimbursed to the same account used during the online transaction.
